Lara joined the CCP staff team at the beginning of 2024. She is married to Michael, is a coffee enthusiast, and gets excited about interesting podcasts. She became a follower of Jesus at age seven when her dad shared the Gospel with her on the way to a hockey game. After school, she decided to pursue full-time theological studies and graduated with Honours in Theology from George Whitefield College in 2021, with her dissertation focusing on a Biblical perspective on gender and identity. Lara is passionate about finding fun and creative ways to share the Gospel with kids in language they understand. Her heart is to see both women and children equipped with the tools to study God’s Word for themselves
